Please provide clear references/description of any original characters, environments, or backgrounds.

Please provide description or references for how you want your artwork to be, like the pose, expressions, outfit, lighting, etc. Visual reference is heavily preferred (using stickman as a reference is perfectly okay, it doesn’t have to be perfect as long as it conveys what the client wants).

Feel free to ask me anything before or during the process. This includes questions about the commission to updates on the commission.

You're fully aware of my art style and should not demand me to change it into another style.

The process I will be following is going to be a queue list. This means it will be in the order of clients that have reached out & made a payment first, ending with the most recent client’s commission received.

My workflow: Rough sketch with rough coloring, this will be shown to the client and client can ask for as many revisions as they want in this phase -> Clean sketch -> Lineart -> Flat color -> Shading and lighting -> Final touches -> Final artwork

Chibi commission will take me about a few days at best to two weeks at worst, while normal anime commission will take me about a week at best to two months at worst. This highly depends on the complexity of the request and how busy I am.

Short deadlines will have to be negotiated and an additional fee may be included depending the complexity of the request. The shorter the deadline and the more complex the request is, the higher the fee.

Client is free to pick between two payment options: (a) 100% of payment paid upfront, or (b) 100% of payment paid after the rough sketch is finalized.

For international clients, payment will be through Paypal. For Indonesian clients, payment will be through GoPay, ShopeePay, OVO, and BCA.

For payment method B, I will not continue the commission if the client haven’t paid 100% of the payment in 7 days after the rough sketch is sent.

You can refund before the llineart/coloring phase starts or if I cannot deliver the final artwork.

You may be asked for an additional fee if there are many revisions after the rough sketch is finalized. For more info, read the 'revisions' section below.

Client can request as many revisions during the sketch phase free of charge.

After the rough sketch is finalized, I will only do 1 major revision (ex: changing the pose/character/outfit/composition) and 5 minor revisions (ex: changing color/small details) for the lineart/coloring phase. Any additional revisions will be subject to extra charge (+$2 or +Rp5k per extra revision).

To avoid being charged extra fee for additional revisions, please provide the clearest reference and/or descriptions as you can and take advantage of the free revisions during the sketch phase. Those are crucial to reaching your satisfactory goal.

Please be as respectfully honest as you can with revisions so that your piece can be as true to your vision as possible.

You can use the commissioned artwork however they want, providing credit is necessary.

You cannot edit the artwork (without my consent) or claim the artwork as your own.

You will have to pay twice the price if the artwork is to be used for commercial purposes (merch, ads, prints, etc.).

Please do not use my art in NFTs or AI training.

I have the right to use the artwork for my own portfolio or post it in my social media. I will not share details about the client.

The final artwork will be given to the client via email/google drive link, in the format of a PNG file (unless the client requested another format)

I will give the client two versions of the finished artwork, the watermarked one for web posting and the full HD version. If you’d like to post the artwork anywhere, please post the watermarked one for the safety of both parties (so that the artwork does not get stolen or be used commercially by other people without both of our permission)
