I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

Please provide description or references for how you want your artwork to be, like the pose, expressions, outfit, lighting, etc. Visual reference is heavily preferred (using stickman as a reference is perfectly okay, it doesn’t have to be perfect as long as it conveys what the client wants).

My workflow: Rough sketch with rough coloring, this will be shown to the client and client can ask for as many revisions as they want in this phase -> Clean sketch -> Lineart -> Flat color -> Shading and lighting -> Final touches -> Final artwork

100% of payment must be paid upfront or after the rough sketch is sent

For international clients, payment will be through Paypal or VGen. For Indonesian clients, payment will be through BCA, ShopeePay, OVO, or GoPay.

I will cancel the order if you haven’t paid 100% of the payment in 7 days after the price and the payment method are agreed upon.

You can request as many revisions during the sketch phase free of charge.

After the rough sketch is finalized, I will only do 1 major revision (ex: changing the pose/character/outfit/composition) and 5 minor revisions (ex: changing color/small details) for the lineart/coloring phase.

Any additional revisions will be subject to extra charge (+$2 or +Rp5k per extra revision).

Chibi commission will take me about a few days at best to two weeks at worst, while normal anime commission will take me about a week at best to two months at worst. This highly depends on the complexity of the request and how busy I am.

Short deadlines will have to be negotiated and an additional fee may be included depending the complexity of the request. The shorter the deadline and the more complex the request is, the higher the fee.

You can use the commissioned artwork however they want, providing credit is necessary.

You cannot edit the artwork (without my consent) or claim the artwork as your own.

You will have to pay twice the price if the artwork is to be used for commercial purposes (merch, ads, prints, etc.).

Please do not use my art in NFTs or AI training.

I have the right to use the artwork for my own portfolio or post it in my social media. I will not share details about the client.

You can refund before the lineart/coloring phase starts or if I cannot deliver the final artwork in time.
